Liam Cotter is a 2014 RHP/1B with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Stone Mountain, GA who attends The Marist School. Strong athletic build with room to get stronger. Low effort delivery, loose arm, throws under control, inconsistent release point, best at high 3/4's but will drop lower, stays tall at release and works downhill when on top. Fastball to 80 mph, good late sink and running action, works down in zone with FB. Sweeping 10/4 curveball, good depth and spin at times, developing change up. Throws strikes with all pitches and works ahead, should continue to improve. Right handed hitter, low hand approach, drifts into contact, consistent barrel, soft line drive contact. Good student.
