Greg Brownson is a 2012 RHP/3B with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Forest, VA who attends Jefferson Forest. Athletic build, body projects well on the mound. High 3/4 arm slot, loose easy arm action, arm works well, easy delivery, low effort, armside run on fastball, feel for 11-5 curveball, velocity projects well, around the plate with all pitches. Flashes good bat speed at the plate, good strength in swing, ball jumps off the bat on contact, squares the ball up well. High energy player in the field, 3B tools, looseness in arm. Solid student.
