Connor Lawhead is a 2010 RHP/OF/MIF with a 5'8'', 145 lb. frame from Sammamish, WA who attends Skyline. Medium framed, lean and athletic build. Pitches from full windup with a slight back turn to the plate, pitches with good pace and works quickly, rhythm to delivery, throws strikes and goes after hitters in the zone, not going to walk many, shows confidence in his stuff, carries himself well. Covers ground in the OF and his arm plays well there, good defensive instincts and know where the ball is going at all times. Open stance at the plate, balanced swing, contact approach to all fields, hit well in games, making consistent solid contact. Very good student.
