Duke Porter is a 2012 LHP with a 6'3'', 170 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Palmetto HS. Long, lean build, good chance to fill out. Good sound delivery, long arm in back, has arm speed, needs better extension out front. Good FB velo for age, topped at 82 mph, mostly straight, gets good spin on 11/7 shape CB. Fields position well, has an idea on the mound. Young and very promising southpaw, follow.
