Michael Obregon is a 2012 SS/RHP with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Columbus Senior. Very good athlete who moves well. Showed very well defensively in OF and IF. Good online arm from OF with arm. Infield-showed quick feet, feel for the position, and sure hands. Arm works very well, and showed ability to make all the plays at SS. At the plate employed an aggressive approach with a quick bat that looked to pull the ball. Showed strength and bat speed with looseness in his swing. Very interesting prospect to watch.

Michael Obregon is a 2012 3B/RHP with a 5'10'', 170 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Columbus HS. Medium frame, some present strength. Sound defensive actions both 3B and OF, shows arm strength, nice hands at 3B, tends to stand straight up to throw at present. Sqauare hitting stance, limited lower half use in swing, aggressive to the ball, has some late bat speed, mostly opposite field line drive contact but pulled one hard, hitting tools to develop. Also pitched, FB to 81 mph, hard curveball with late hard break, showed commmand, has potential on the mound. Good student.
