Bintliff is a Junior outfielder who featured his bat in the Midwest showcase. He played well defensively, threw 78 mph from right field and ran a 7.13 which translated to the bases easily. At 5 foot 11 and 170 pounds he has a good body that we think will fill out and give him some added strength. He did show an aggressive mentality in the event by going after balls hard and running out everything. He also showed a good swing and took a hack at anything in the zone. He got around a few balls but put a charge in 2 of his hits through the gap. He should draw some attention this summer.
