2014 C/OF Alex Sanchez (New York, NY, Manhattan Center For Science & Mathematics) went 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles. 

2014 OF Ben Thompson (Atlantic Highlands, NJ, Henry Hudson Regional) went 2-for-3 in the game.

2014 OF/SS Alex Deutsch (Princeton, NJ, The Hun) went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases. 

2014 RHP James Torres (Bloomfield, NJ was impressive on the mound. His fastball sat in the upper 80s and peaked at 90 and he showed a strong mid-70s slider. He also threw a changeup at 71.

2014 RHP/OF Adam Seibert (West Chester, PA, Episcopal Academy) was also impressive on the mound, showing a mid-80s fastball that peaked at 88 and an upper-60s curveball.

2014 RHP Aaron Crichlow (Burlington, NJ, Burlington Twp) topped out at 86 mph with his fastball. It ranged from 79-86 mph. He attacks hitters and works the corners well. He also swung the bat well, hitting a stand-up double to right-center field.

2014 LHP Cole Creighton (Levittown, PA, Neshaminy) topped his fastball out at 86 mph and ranged between 83-86. He pounds the strike zone.

2014 Leo Voreacos (Teaneck, NJ, Teaneck) showed great bat speed, registering 88 mph of the barrel.

2016 Tyler Sokolich (Old Tappan, NJ, Northern Valley) went 2-for-2 with a triple. He registered 92 mph off the bat, displaying excellent bat speed. He also showed power to the opposite field when he hit his triple down the right field line.

2014 Thayer Seely (Dickerson, MD, Poolesville) coolected a double and showed very good skills in right field.

2014 Steven DiStefano (Hockessin, DE, Archmere Academy) showed good pitch recognition when he shot an outside fastball to right field for a line drive base hit. 

2014 Christian Rodriguez (New York, NY, All Hallows) showed excellent awareness on the bases, reading the pitcher well for a great jump and  a stolen base. He also looked like a very good defensive third baseman.

2014 Albert Troche (New York, NY, St Raymond HS For Boys) went 2-for-2 with 2 singles in the game.

2014 Andrew Sharpe (Odenton, MD, Riverdale Baptist) went 2-for-2 with a double. He registered 91 mph off the barrel on a base hit up the middle.

2015 LHP Jonel Ozuna (New York, NY, All Hallows) displayed a fastball that topped out at 85 mph and ranged between 80-85 and had a lot of life. He had a 1/7 curveball and a plus change-up. He showed he can throw all 3 pitches for strikes.

2015 RHP Andrew Napolitano (Union City, NJ, Saint Peter's Prepatory) topped his fastball out at 83 mph. It ranged between 77-83 mph. His fastball had some run and sink. He has an 11/5 curveball.

2015 RHP Travis Perry (Morristown, NJ, St. Mark's) has a fastball that ranged between 80-84 mph and topped out at 84. His curveball had a 1/7 break and had sharp drop. He looks very polished on the mound.

2016 RHP Sam Kessler (Mount Sinai, NY, Mount Sinai) struck out 3 hitters in 1 inning of work. He displayed an 11/5 sweeping curveball and a plus change-up.

2015 RHP Noah Malone (Mechanicsburg, PA, Cedar Cliff) threw a fastball that topped out at 86 mph and ranged between 83-86. He had an 11/5 curveball with a lot of late bite. He looked very polished on the mound. He also hit a double.

2014 RHP Tristan Rojas (Bronx, NY, James Monroe) displayed a fastball that hit 84 mph and sat between 80-84. He showed great control, throwing for a lot of strikes. He also had a curveball that consistently registered at 72 mph.

2014 RHP Andres Fernandez (Leonia, NJ, Leonia) threw most of his fastballs at 86 mph, ranging between 84-86. He also displayed a sharp curveball and a good sinking change-up. his curveball ranged between 68-73 mph and his change-up sat between 71-75.

2014 Mark Vargas (Bronx, NY, Cardinal Hayes) took an inside pitch deep to centerfield for a double, showing good power potential.

2014 Malcolm Nachmonoff (Boston, MA, Loomis Chafee) collected 2 singles and came around to score both times. He also displayed great speed, stealing twice.

2014 Ron DiMatteo (Media, PA, Penncrest) is a highly projected player. He collected two base hits, scored twice, and stole 2 bases as well. He showed quick hands with the bat.

2015 Matthew Yost (Royersford, PA, Spring-Ford) went 3-for-3 at the plate and put a good swing on an inside fastball. He scored once and stole a base.

2016 RHP Austin Bodrato (Norythvale, NJ, St Joseph Regional) threw his fastball up to 85 mph, with it ranging between 83-85. He showed a sharp slurvy 11/5 curveball with late bite. Overall, bodrato looked very good on the mound.

2015 RHP Tyler Phillips (Lumberton, NJ, Bishop Eustace Prep) hit 86 mph with his fastball and sat between 84-86. He displayed an 11/5 curveball and a good sinking change-up.

2014 Nicholas Meyer (Blairstown, NJ, North Warren Regional) collected two base hits and came around to score.

2014 Michael Ionta (Westfield, NJ, Westfield) collected 3 hits and displayed great potential power, hitting 2 doubles. He has a very nice swing.

2014 Carter Krick (Lititz, PA, Maheim Twp) showed great power with the bat, stroking a triple. He also had a single in the game.

2016 Khalil Lee (Centreville, VA, Riverdale Baptist) collected two singles in the game.

2014 Douglas Schaffer (New Haven, CT, Hopkins School) collected two singles in the game as well. He also displayed some speed, swiping second base once.

2014 Lenny Ortiz (Bronx, NY, Clinton Senior) was loud at the plate, swinging with great bat speed and the potential to do damage.

2014 Cody Smith (Riverhead, NY, Riverhead Senior) displayed great power potential, collecting 2 doubles in the game and scoring once.

2015 Matthew Codispoti (Patchogue, NY, Patchogue-Medford) flashed some power with a double in the game. 

2014 Reid Collins (West Hartford, CT, Kingswood-Oxford) collected 2 base hits, including a double. He also showed quick speed, swiping two bags, including third.

2016 Jackson Olson (New Milford, CT, New Milford) displayed great potential power with 2 doubles. He also showed great plate discipline, staying back on a curveball to hit it for a double.

2015 RHP Benjamin Wanger (Waban, MA, Belmont Hill) threw a fastball that topped out at 82 mph and ranged between 79-82. He showed good depth to his change-up. He fields his position well. Wanger also barreled up for a double.

2014 RHP Joshua Silvestri (Middletown, DE, Appoquinimink) threw his fastball for 84 mph. He displayed a tight curve with an 11/5 break. He showed he could throw 3 types of pitches for strikes.

2016 LHP Nathan Altstadt (Solon, OH, Solon) looked great on the mound. He threw a fastball that hit 84 mph and ranged from 80-84. He displayed an excellent slider and change-up and had good run on his fastball.

2015 RHP Antonio Velardi (Nutley, NJ, St Peter The Apostle) showed aggression on the mound, going after hitters. His fastball ranged between 82-84 mph. He also showed a good 12/6 curveball. At the plate he showed great discipline when he took a curve to the opposite field for a line drive base hit.

2014 Jude Kurych (Middletown, DE, Appoquinimink) showed patience at the plate, fighting off many pitches. He showed good opposite field power when he hit a line drive double in the same at-bat.

2015 Jake Leclerc (Chester Springs, PA, Owen J Roberts) collected two opposite field singles, displaying the ability to hit to all fields.

2015 Brennan McAllister (Middletown, DE, Middletown) showed great bat speed when he connected for a line out that registered 85 mph off the bat.

2015 Colin Rieger (Pennsville, NJ, Pennsville Memorial) went 2-for-2 with a solid double down the line.

2015 Gavin Garay (LaGrangeville, NY, John F Kennedy Catholic) registered 91 mph of the bat when he hit a single up the middle.

2014 Matt Buckery (Wilmington, DE, Charter School of Wilmington) collected 2 hits in the game, including a double down the line.

2015 Dakota Graham (Dover, DE, Dover) look good at the plate, with two base hits including a line drive up the middle. He also showed off a good outfield arm.

2014 OF Matt Dunlevy (Midlothian, VA, St. Christopher's) 1-for-2 with a triple. He showed good speed on the base paths. 

2014 C/OF Christian Runza (Old Tappan, NJ, N Valley Regional) went 1-for-3 and impressed behind the plate with a strong arm and good receiving skills. 

2015 C/3B/1B Trevor Pinkham (Pine Island, NJ, Warwick Valley) went 1-for-3 with an RBI double in the fifth inning. 

2013 RHP Zachary Gallen (Gibbsboro, NJ, Bishop Eustace) impressed with his stuff. His fastball sat in the upper 80s and topped out at 90, while his curveball was 76 and his slider was 80. Gallen tossed two hitless innings and struck out three batters. 

2014 LHP Jacob Nappi (Little Silver, NJ, Red Bank Regional) had a very solid performance, striking out five batters over three innings. Nappi's fastball worked 78-82 and he had good presence on the mound. 

2014 OF/LHP Ty Robinson (Monmouth Junction, NJ, South Brunswick) impressed on the mound and at the plate. He showed a solid swing and was 1-for-3 with a double. On the mound, he showed three good pitches. His fastball touched 82 and he mixed in a curveball at 66 as well as a very good changeup at 67.

Drew Blake, SS, Milton Academy (MA) - 2014 - Blake has a quiet approach, but produced consistent, loud line drives in his BP round. He's quick to the ball inside and peppered the right side with line drives.

Matthew DiCerbo, 1B/3B/OF, Atlantic City (NJ) - 2014 - DiCerbo worked inside the ball very well in his round, shooting the gap consistently with hard line drives. He has a simple, and very effective approach.

Brian Morrell, SS, Shoreham-Wading River (NY) - 2017 - even as young as he is, Morrell took a strong BP, showing a handsy approach and some life off his bat. He'll be one to watch in the coming years.

Christian Runza, C/OF, N Valley Reg H Old Tappan (NJ) - 2014 - Runza made consistent line drive contact over his round, staying inside the ball well and showing some carry off the bat.

Tristan Rojas, OF, James Monroe (NY) - 2014 - Rojas was one of the overall standouts of the showcase, and put on an impressive Bp display as well. He has a buggy whip swing, hit line drives to all fields, and showed a fluid path through the zone.

Robert Calabrese, C, Poly Prep Country Day (NY) - 2014 - one of the more consistent BP performers, Calabrese, used the whole field and showed impressive pull side power. His strongly built, 6-foot-1, 195 pound frame also projects well.

Matthew Rykaczewski, C, Cherokee (NJ) - 2014 - A live, athletic backstop, he showed good bat speed during his BP session as well as some lift to his pull side.

Andrew Taft, C, Clinton Senior (NY) - 2014 - Taft was one of the strongest players in attendance this weekend and put on a nice BP show. He showed big carry to the opposite field as well as to the pull side. He's 6-foot-4, 240 pounds and getting stronger.

Erik Ostberg, C/OF, The Williston Northampton School (MA) - 2014 - Ostberg has a professional style approach, choosing his pitches carefully and showing a compact, quick stroke. He also flashed some pull side power.

Inoel Nunez, C, Monroe Academy For Businees (NY) - 2014 - Nunez has a stocky, powerful frame and used his lower half well in his BP round. He uses a leg kick and showed consistent opposite field power.

Christian Pimentel, SS, Iona Prep (NY) - 2014 - one of the day's liveliest bats, Pimentel sprayed hard line drives to all parts of the field during his round, and also flashed some pull side power.

John (Jay) Perry, C, St. Mark's (MD) - 2015 - one of the day's strongest hitters, showing big pull side power and loft to the middle of the field. Owner of a large, powerful, 6-foot-2, 210 pound frame and it shows. Outstanding bat speed and the power comes easy.

Peter Papcun, OF, Christian Brothers Academy (NJ) - 2014 - showed impressive bat speed and a projectable 6-foot-2, 175 pound frame. Legitimate pull side power was clear, generates impressive backspin.

Matthew Kurdewan, 3B, Red Bank Catholic (NJ) - 2014 - strong 6-foot-2, 190 pound frame, gets outstanding extension. Multiple shots jumped off his bat deep into the gaps.

Anthony Santora, C/3B/1B, St. John Vianney (NJ) - 2014 - showed a sound, opposite field approach and also showed some power going the other way. Excellent bat speed.

Cullen Dana, 1B, Don Bosco (NJ) - 2015 - strong 6-foot-4 frame with room to grow. Showed big lift to pull side of the field, looks like he's only going to get stronger. Bat speed stood out in a big way

Matthew McKeown, MIF, Paul VI (NJ) - 2015 - deep drives to left-center field, including shot off the fence. Most impressive raw power display of the day.

For the White squad, 2015 SS Jack Weiller (Katonah, NY, John Jay Cross River) stood out at the plate. He went 2-for-2 with a double in the game.

The Columbia Blue squad had several strong performers. 2017 OF/RHP/SS Nicholas Amey (Emmaus, PA, Emmaus) went 2-for-4. Amey has a good frame, and is a prospect to keep an eye on. 2015 C/OF Carlos Garrido (Trumbull, CT, Trumbull) went 2-for-3 with a run scored. 2015 LHP/1B Cullen Dana (Montgomery, NY, Don Bosco Prep) went 2-for-3 with a run scored. 2015 OF/SS Tyler Buckley (Mt. Kisco, NY, The Westminster Schools) went 1-for-3 with a triple.

2013 RHP Jason Tarapasky (Pierrefonds, QC, Lindsay Place) showed a solid fastball that peaked at 84 and a good curveball that had 11-to-5 action. Tarapasky showed strong command of the strike zone and threw plenty of strikes.

Four hitters in the Teal-Steel game had multiple hits. 2015 IF Andrew Buccellato (Little Silver, NJ, Christian Brothers Academy) went 2-for-3 with a double. 2014 OF Ben Thompson (Atlantic Highlands, NJ, Henry Hudson Regional) and 2014 C Austin Kunz (Nutley, NJ, Nutley) each went 2-for-3 with a double as well.

For the Teal squad, 2016 OF Isaiah Braxton (Baltimore, MD, Gilman) went 2-for-3 with a stolen base and a run scored.

On the mound for Teal, 2014 RHP/C Andrew Sharpe (Odenton, MD, Riverdale Baptist) had an impressive performance. Sharpe showed a lively upper-80s fastball that peaked at 89 and a sharp curveball.

2014 Anthony DeChiara (Robbinsville, NJ, Robbinsville) collected 2 base hits in the game.

2014 Ben Koch (Towaco, NJ, Montville) showed great plate discipline, hitting a good change-up to left field for a base hit. he had two singles in the game.

2014 CJ Moore (Brooklyn, NY, Suffield Academy) displayed excellent bat speed at the plate. He collected two base hits. He also showed great athleticism in center field, making an over-the-head catch.

2015 Marc Gronostajski (Bordentown, NJ, Bordentown Reg) displayed some potential power with the bat, stroking a double.

2014 Thomas Duggleby (Herndon, VA, Herndon) collected two base hits at the plate.

2014 Jordan Matthews (Teaneck, NJ, Teaneck) displayed a smooth swing with a hard hit single to right field.

2014 Caedon Saltis (Wallingford, PA, Strath Haven) collected two hits at the plate and displayed his power potential with a double and a broken bat base hit to left field.

2014 RHP Kyle Stefanic (Berwyn, PA, Conestoga) displayed a lively fastball that sat between 84-87 mph. He also showed a plus curveball with an 11/5 break. Stefanic collected 7 strikeouts in 4 innings pitched.

2014 Luis Amaro (Roselle Park, NJ, Roselle Park) collected 3 hits in the ballgame. He showed patience at the plate and a smooth stroke with the bat.

2015 Dean Grogg (Watchung, NJ, The Morristown-Beard) displayed power potential when he hit a double. 

2014 Adam Ayala (Franklin Lakes, NJ, Don Bosco Prep) showed off his defensive skills, making a nice play in the hole to his backhand.

2014 IF/OF Austin Bregman (Trooper, PA, Methacton) had an excellent day at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a triple as the leadoff hitter for Dark Green. 2014 C Matthew Rykaczewski (Marlton, NJ, Cherokee) also hit a triple for the Dark Green squad. 

2014 Connor Lehmann (Belle Mead, NJ) showed strong upside. With a tall and slender frame, Lehmann's fastball worked 83-84 and touched 85. He also showed an excellent 12-to-6 curveball.

2014 1B/3B Mark Vargas (Bronx, NY, Cardinal Hayes) went 1-for-3 with a double. 2014 OF/RHP/2B Tristan Rojas (Bronx, NY, James Monroe) went 1-for-3 with a pair of stolen bases, hitting the ball hard and showing good bat speed in the process. 

2016 RHP/MIF Max Kranick (Jessup, PA, Valley View) was excellent in three innings of relief. Kranick has a lean, projectable body and a fast arm. His fastball worked in the mid-80s and touched 86, and he showed a solid, late-breaking, 10-to-4 curveball.

2014 RHP Michael Palestri (Morristown, NJ, Morristown) showed a fastball that stayed between 80-84 mph. He struck out 5 of the 11 batters faced.

2014 RHP Joshua Silvestri (Middletown, DE, Appoquinimink) displayed a fastball ranging from 82-86 mph. He showed off a sharp 11/5 curveball and only gave up one hit over 3 innings of work. Silvestri showed plus control of his pitches and was able to stay in the strike zone. 

2014 Andy Douglas (Scottsdale, AZ, The Hun) had 2 base hits at the plate and displayed great base running ability, successfully stealing 3 times.

2015 Brennan McAllister (Middletown, DE, Middletown) showed potential power at the plate, stroking a double.

2014 RHP Dan Serreino (Jackson, NJ, Jackson Liberty) touched 89 with his fastball and mixed in a sharp mid-70s slider. Serreino has a tall, thick body, and he showed good mechanics and good control. 

2014 RHP Thomas Puza (Point Pleasant, NJ, Red Bank Catholic) also impressed, with his fastball sitting in the low 80s and topping out at 85. Puza mixed in a 10-to-4 curveball.

2015 RHP/1B Anthony Loussedes (Lagrangeville, NY, Arlington) went 2-for-2 with a pair of singles. 

2016 RHP/3B Matthew Meisner (Salem, NH, Salem) went 1-for-2 with a double.

2014 RHP Alex Wolf (Manalapan, NJ, Manalapan) touched 85 with his fastball and showed a good late-breaking curveball. 

2014 OF Peter Papcun (Brick, NJ, Christian Brothers Academy) worked a long at-bat in the fifth inning that eventually resulted in a home run.

2014 RHP/SS Patrick Kelley (Pipersville, PA, Central Bucks-West) and 2015 RHP/OF Noah Malone (Mechanicsburg, PA, Cedar Cliff) each touched 86 with their fastballs. Kelley had good downhill plane on his pitches, and got tight rotation on his low-70s curveball, with peaked at 75. Malone got good life on his fastball, and showed an impressive upper-70s changeup.

2014 RHP Patrick Ryan (Staten Island, NY, St Peters Boys) threw a fastball that ranged from 81-83 mph and showed a little bit of movement. Ryan also threw an 11/5 breaking ball that ranged from 71-74 mph.

2015 RHP Brady Shreeves (Salisbury, MD, Parkside) pounded the strike zone with a lively fastball that sat between 80-84 mph. He displayed a 12/6 curveball that ranged from 64-66 mph. He also covered his position well. Shreeves collected two base hits at the plate as well.

2014 Anthony Caladie (Mountain Top, PA, Crestwood) displayed an excellent inside out base hit with a line drive single in his first at-bat.

2013 Kyle James (Bronx, NY, Manhattan Center For Science & Mathematics) showed great patience at the plate, connecting for two base hits; a single up the middle and a single to opposite field. He also stole a base.

2016 Jonathan Meaney (Toms River, NJ, Manchester) showed some power, connecting for a double. He also collected a single in his previous at-bat. Meaney showed good instincts at shortstop with a strong arm.

2016 Santino Ycaza (Mastic, NY, Brentwood) had two base hits in the game. He showed his ability to hit to all fields with a line drive single to the opposite field.

2014 Carter Krick (Lititz, PA, Manheim Twp) displayed a smooth swing with quick bat speed, registering 89 mph off the bat.

2016 Khalil Lee (Centreville, VA, Riverdale Baptist) displayed great patience at the plate. He also showed good instincts in the field, getting good reads of the bat and had a good first step.

2017 Brian Morrell (Wading River, NY, Shoreham-Wading River) hit an 83 mph fastball back up the middle for a single. He saw a lot of pitches in his at-bats. He displayed excellent ability in the field.

2014 Douglas Schaffer (New Haven, CT, Hopkins School) collected a line drive single. On defense he had a nice barehand in which he charged to make the play.

2015 RHP Tim Salvadore (Hopkinton, MA, Phillips Academy) was very impressive. He ran his fastball up to 88 mph and showed a very good second pitch with a low 80's sinker/changeup. He also showed a nice 81 mph slider and had good feel for all 3 of his pitches.

2014 Chuck Olsen (Valley Cottage, NY, Nyack Senior HS) showed a quick bat and made hard contact all day with a hard line drive that was 88 mph off the bat and a hard ground out that was 90 mph off the bat.

2014 RHP Tony Gruenling (Spring City, PA, Malvern Prep) attacked hitters as he ran his fastball up to 86 mph in his 3 innings of work. His curveball showed late break and was a nice second pitch for him.

2014 RHP Elliot Forde (West Grove, PA, Avon Grove) also topped out at 86 mph with riding life. His curveball showed potential and he struck out 5 batters.

2014 Austin Bentley (Waldorf, MD North Point) was very impressive with the bat as he went 2-2 with a double in the game. He runs well and showed good power potential.

2014 Seth Bower (Newtown Square, PA, Marble Newtown HS) also went 2-2 in the game.

2014 Inoel Nunez (Bronx, NY, Monroe Academy) drilled a double that was 86 mph off the bat.

2014 Chase Standen (Newtown Square, PA, St. Joseph Prep) showed an interesting bat and drilled a hard lineout that was 88 mph off the bat.
