John Futrell (2019 OF, Marietta, GA) made solid contact at the plate all day today. Futrell has good pop in his bat with bat speed and drives the ball to the gaps.
Carter Sanford (2020 C, Fayette, AL) singled in his first two at bats this afternoon. Sanford has a sound approach at the plate with a smooth swing and has bat speed.
Carson Crowe (2018 RHP/ OF, Tuscaloosa, AL) squared the ball up in all three at bats this afternoon. Crowe makes consistent barrel contact hitting the ball to all fields with good bat speed.
Colby Masters (2020 RHP, Augusta, GA) topped out at 85mph on his fastball with his curveball at 67mph and his changeup at 77mph. Masters pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot with good downhill plane. He has good shape to his 12-6 curveball with depth.
Kevin Kilpatrick (2019 OF, Stockbridge, GA) singled twice in the game for the purple team today. Kilpatrick has a line drive swing plane hitting to all fields and is aggressive on the bases.
Garrison Price (2018 OF, Oakwood, GA) tripled and singled for the purple team today. Price is a gap to gap hitter with good speed on the bases and uses it to his advantage.
Griffin Price (2018 2B, Oakwood, GA) doubled and singled for two hits today. Price has good bat speed with an aggressive approach on the bases and drives the ball to all fields.
Tanner Green (2018 OF, Bishop, GA) doubled and tripled in the game this afternoon. Green has tons of pop in his bat with good bat speed and has lift in his swing.
Caden McClure (2019 RHP, Raleigh, NC) sat 81-84mph on his fastball with his curveball at 65mph and his changeup at 74mph. McClure pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot with an easy online delivery. McClure is aggressive with his fastball with arm side run and has a good straight change with deception to it.
