Yaniel Ramos (2017 SS, Carolina, PR) made hard contact at the plate this afternoon for the Col. Blue team today. Ramos has a loud bat making explosive contact with an aggressive swing and quick hands,
Angel Gonzalez (2017 OF, Aguirre, PR) showed good instincts on bases today is a gap to gap hitter with pop and the ball jumps off his bat.
Rafael Burgos (2017 1B, Juncos, PR) made loud contact both times up today. Burgos has an aggressive swing path with power and makes hard contact when he squares the ball up.
Adriel Acevedo Cordero (2017 2B, Moca, PR) singled in his second at bat of the day for the Gold team. Acevedo Cordero has a short compact swing and does a good job of staying back on off-speed pitches.
Jose Marcano (2017 SS, Humacao, PR) also singed in his second at bat for the Gold team. Marcano has plus bat speed with a gap to gap approach.
Osvaldo Berrios Flores (2017 RHP, Juncos, PR) topped out at 89mph on his fastball mixing in his slider at 76mph. Berrios Flores has good extension with his arm action with a very loose arm and an easy delivery. He has good arm side run to his fastball while his slider sweeps across the plate, he was able to pound the lower half of the strike zone.
