11u Mid-Atlantic Regional Rankings

There is a lot of chatter going on in the Mid Atlantic about PG Super 25, which is the region’s new tournament program.  All amateur baseball teams will have the opportunity to become the No. 1 team in their region and represent that region in the Perfect Game Super25 National Championship.  The Perfect Game Super25 mission is simply to keep baseball a "Team Sport" for decades to come.  By keeping teams together from the qualifying tournaments, through the regional tournaments and onto the championships, the Perfect Game Super25 emphasizes team commitment, integrity, chemistry and the reward of winning as a team.  By bringing the region together we want new teams to see new faces and create new matchups that were not created before.  With that said, the Mid Atlantic region is proud to announce the inaugural 11U pre-season rankings and honorable mentions.

Favorite: Akadema Warriors Black
The Warriors Black, win with team speed, great baseball awareness and relentless pressure in every inning. This team is comprised of kids that have played together for years. These factors are always in effect when it comes to this team from the Diamond State.

John McAdams’ Projected Region Representative: SJ Titans
This hard-nosed program from South Jersey, knows exactly what it takes to get through the rigors of tournament baseball. I have personally seen this team play. They put relentless pressure on you and scratch for every run. I think they are primed for a long run, in this new tournament series.

Gary Wilson’s Projected Region Representative: Spooky Nook Baseball
This is my sleeper pick. This fundamentally sound baseball team has the chance to beat anyone in their age group. It is going to be exciting to see what type of noise they can create in the Mid Atlantic region.

Impact Matchup: #1 Akadema Warriors BBA Black vs #2 Beaver Valley Red
