The 2011 junior-college season kicks off Friday, and PG CrossChecker has plenty of coverage on the top teams and prospects to get things started. We’ve collaborated again this year with the National Junior College Athletic Association (www.njcaa.org) on a ranking of the top Division I teams, and we’ve also provided our own pre-season ranking of the Top 50 junior-college teams, with capsules on the top 10.  We’ll update the rankings continuously through the 2011 season.

In addition, we’ve provided an overview on the 2011 season, along with an updated ranking on the Top 100 junior-college prospects for the June draft.

We’ll add to our junior-college coverage over the next several days with capsules on more teams, brief scouting reports on the top prospects and a ranking of prospects 101-200.
