Perfect Game USA is pleased to announce that the Mid-Atlantic Indoor Showcase has been added to our schedule of events for 2010.

This new indoor showcase will be held in Delmar, Md., on Jan. 30-31 at the Diamond Dreams Athletic Performance and Fitness Center, making it convenient for players from the talent-rich Mid-Atlantic region to participate in our program.

This is a one-day showcase, so players will need to designate whether they want to attend on Jan. 30 or Jan. 31 when they enroll. There is space for 100 players each day.

Players will be able to showcase their skills in the 40-yard dash, outfield throw, infield throw, first baseman’s throw, catcher pop times, batting practice and live pitching to batters. A full scouting report on each player will be added to the Perfect Game data base for college coaches, pro scouts and players to see.

Please click on the list of showcases for 2010 on the Perfect Game home page, then click on Mid-Atlantic Indoor to begin the registration process. You may request an invitation now.

Once you click on the Mid-Atlantic Indoor, you’ll also find information on what to bring to the event and how to get significant discounts on your hotel, airfare and car rental. Additional information will be posted as it becomes available.

All of the players at the Mid-Atlantic Indoor Showcase will be filmed by BaseballWebTV and posted on-line. You also can order your own video.

The addition of the Mid-Atlantic Indoor Showcase is part of our continuing effort to bring Perfect Game events to new parts of the country.
