The first player from Hawaii to be named to the Perfect Game All-American Classic, Medeiros is a very good all-around athlete that excels both on the mound and at the plate. Although he has a sweet, left-handed swing, his upside is higher on the mound, where he has the ability to sit in the low-90s with his fastball, peaking in the mid-90s, with an easy and repeatable delivery. His low three-quarters arm angle makes it more difficult for hitters to pick up the ball out of his hand, and he also throws a polished slider and changeup.
