The son of one of the greatest pitchers of all time, Roger Clemens, Kacy Clemens has promise both on the mound as a right handed pitcher and at the plate with a powerful left-handed swing. With a sturdy frame similar to his father, Clemens has the ability to pump his fastball into the low-90s while using his size well to throw on a downhill plane, exhibiting good command of a four-pitch repertoire. As a hitter he squares up the ball consistently well, and he is a very good defensive first baseman.
