Jose Lopez is a 2021 OF/RHP with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Naguabo, PR who attends Colegio Hector Urdaneta. Medium height with a wiry frame and higher waist with plenty of room to fill. Ran a 7.04 in the sixty yard dash. A primary outfielder, works through the ball well with good momentum. Long arm action and stays on top with extension and direction at release. A right-handed hitter, starts even and in line with his base and a hanging leg lift. Stays behind the ball with good hip action and works the hands out front. Mostly a middle of the field approach that should translate to games. Excellent student.
