Hogan Henrich is a 2021 UT/RHP with a 5-8 180 lb. frame from Newell, IA who attends Newell-Fonda. Ran a 7.87-second sixty-yard dash. Utility player that worked out in the infield, first base, and the outfield. Has good hands and quick feet throughout defensively, playing through the ball well with athleticism. Has young arm strength, making throws with similar velocities from all three positions, the top being 77mph from the outfield. Left-handed hitter that starts from an upright stance, with a big leg lift trigger and uphill barrel plane. Has as middle of the field to pull-side approach, showing some smoothness to the stroke as well. Also pitched, working at 74-76mph with the fastball and repeating the mechanics well with a three-quarter slot. Mixes speeds well with a mid-60s breaker and pitches with good tempo.
