Stephan Arcieri is a 2008 OF with a 6'0'', 170 lb. frame from Roswell, GA who attends Pope. Stephan has lean, very athletic build and shows good strength for build. He showed very good fundamentals in the outfield as he charged hard and used a quick release to make crisp, accurate throws. His 6.97 sixty shows he will be able to cover plenty of ground out there as well. With the bat he showed a smooth easy swing and he used all fields. Stephan stayed inside the baseball and showed good bat control spraying line drives all over the field. He looks to be an excellent leadoff hitter as he was selective at the plate and made consistent contact. He also looked to bunt his way on base. Arcieri put his good speed to use on the bases as well as he was very aggressive on the bases and made defenses worry about him at all times. He is a good student and looks to be a nice table setter for the middle of the lineup.

Stephan Arcieri is a 2008 OF with a 5'11'', 155 lb. frame from Roswell, GA, who attends Pope HS. Named to the Top Prospect Team. Arcieri has a lean and athletic frame. Defensively he moves well in the outfield with quick actions, and he moves through the ball well. He has good arm speed on his throws with solid arm strength and carry. At the plate he is a left handed hitter who hits from a wide base with a crouch and toe tap trigger. Arcieri has high hands, but he loads them well and gets them into hitting position. There is bat speed through the hitting zone with a line drive swing plane. He turns on the ball well making solid contact, especially to his pull side. Always takes an aggressive swing and doesn't get cheated. During game action, he hit the ball very well and was aggressive on the bases taking the extra base if it was available. He is a hustle player, and is a good student as well.
