Jordan Wilson is a 2020 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Reno, NV who attends Bishop Manogue Catholic. Medium athletic build with some present strength. 7.07 runner, aggressive through the ball in the outfield and carries his momentum through his throws, short stride out front can be lengthened, tends to throw uphill with developing arm strength. Left handed hitter, hits from a spread even stance with a short leg lift trigger, rotational upper body swing, slashing downhill swing plane, puts the ball on the ground and moves it around. Also pitched, easy controlled delivery with a high leg raise and a compact arm circle, uses his lower body well, some crossfire action on release with a closed front side. Fastball topped out at 81 mph with arm side run and occasional sink. Curveball had tight spin and some power, can develop more consistency in his curveball release. Good student.
