Greg Caskey is a 2007 RHP from Abington HS in Abington, PA with a 6'3", 205 lb. frame. Greg has a tall athletic build and was one of the hardest throwers at the event. (87) On the mound Greg throws from a full delivery with a short compact arm action. He showed good arm speed and was able to produce hard boring action at times. For his off-speed ptiches Greg featured a sharp 11 to 5 downer curve ball. At the plate Greg showed a simple approach and swing mechanics to produce hard line-drive contact. Greg shows very good raw hitting tools and could be a potential two-way player in college. Greg has made a commitment to Delaware and should help the program out quite a bit.
