Jackson Ossenfort is a 2021 LHP/1B with a 5-8 187 lb. frame from La Vista, NE who attends Papillion-La Vista. Medium frame with physical build; ran 60 yard dash in 8.14 seconds. Primary lefthanded pitcher, small side step into leg lift, stays compact through delivery, drop and drive downhill, compact arm stroke through the back to high 3/4 slot, fastball worked 67-69 mph with good feel for his changeup and curveball, did a nice job throwing strikes. Hits from slightly open stance, linear barrel path, heaviness to barrel when it gets out, can impact the ball pull-side. Worked out at first base, shows solid hands and footwork, can throw from multiple slots, clocked up to 66 mph on throws. Very good student.
