Richard "Dean" Foley is a 2019 RHP/3B/OF with a 6-4 176 lb. frame from Beeville, TX who attends A C Jones HS. Recorded a 8.36 60-yard dash. Very tall and long frame with plenty of room on the build for physical projection. Primary pitcher who lands online and has a short, deceptive arm action. Threw from a three-quarter arm slot and worked his pitches to both sides. Clean glove tuck and not afraid to work inside. Low effort delivery and showed a curveball with short break to it. Deliberate actions in the outfield with developing arm strength. Closed stance with a high hand set at the plate. Line drive swing path with occasional lift. Consistent contact to the middle of the field.
