Jacob Ogle is a 2017 SS/3B with a 6-1 155 lb. frame from Riverside, CA who attends Arlington. Medium-large frame with athletic build, high physical projection remaining on body. Hits from very open stance, showed good timing mechanics, consistent barreled contact to the pull field. Sees pitches well with a quality approach. Swing could occasionally lengthen out, but fought to bring it under control well. Shows range to both sides with quality feel for the position in the infield, with a solid arm, topping out at 76 MPH on accurate throws across the diamond to 1B. Shows ability to throw from multiple arm angles while retaining accuracy. Ran a 7.37 60 yard dash. Very good student.
