Keith Nowak is a 2017 RHP/1B with a 6-3 160 lb. frame from Lilburn, GA who attends Parkview HS. Long, lean, slender build with plenty of room to get stronger. Projects well. Primary right handed pitcher, coils at hip in leg lift, rotates well and rotates well to on-line release. Could use lower-half more efficiently in delivery, but shows solid, loose arm action. Works to high 3/4 slot and has solid downhill plane, ran fastball up to 78 mph, working consistently in 75-77 range, is a tough pitch to hit when located down in zone. Also works in slow curveball with 11/5 shape and rare changeup. Right handed hitter, starts with wide base, high back elbow, has feel for barrel and swing path. Shows ability to spray line drives around field. Excellent student.
