Nathan Hamberg is a 2019 RHP/OF with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Sugar Land, TX who attends George Ranch HS. Tall athletic build with some present strength and room for more. Varies arm slot from mid 3/4's to high 3/4's, not sure of intent but it provides deception and angle to pitches while also inhibiting consistency. Very steady fastball velocity at 83-84 mph, gets heavy sinking action at times and good cutting action at others. Good feel for a low 70's curveball with good bite and some tightness that he could throw more. Flashed a straight change up. Has been up to 86 mph at PG events before, has the ability there to keep improving. Good student.
