Trentin Dupper is a 2018 2B/OF, C with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Decatur, AL who attends Decatur. Medium frame with young, athletic present build and very good projection remaining on frame. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.17 seconds. Sets up to hit from very wide-based, squatted stance; solid shift into swing in lower half and hips, line drive swing plane with solid hand speed, direct path with hands and barrel, made consistent contact with occasional line drive jump off the barrel. Worked out defensively both in the infield and the outfield. Short steps to the ball in the infield with good balance throughout, bends well and fields cleanly out front, transfers well and throws accurately across the infield up to 76 MPH. Moves to ball well in the outfield and secures ball while working through it relatively well, showed very accurate arm to target from the outfield, clocked up to 73 MPH. Very good student.
