Tripp Adams is a 2018 C with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Albertville, AL who attends Albertville HS. Slender young build, minimal present strength. Receives the ball well behind the plate, gains some ground with his footwork throwing, long arm action, raw arm strength still developing. 7.35 runner, runs well for a catcher. Right handed hitter, deep hand load, hits from a still start and tends to get his hands moving forward late, inside hand path, hits to the opposite field. Will take his next step as a player as he gains physical strength. Good student.
