Jeremy Gibson is a 2006 left handed pitcher from Colony High School in Ontario, California, with a 5'10", 150 lb. frame. Gibson is a strong left handed pitcher who throws from a high 3/4 arm slot. He stays balanced over the rubber in his delivery and gets good leverage. Gibson throws across his body which gives him better life on his fastball, but it keeps him from finishing off his curveball. His fastball topped out at 75 mph with late life, and his curveball topped out at 64 mph with a 12 to 6 break to it. He also showed a feel for his change up at 63 mph, and showed good control of all his pitches. Gibson also took batting practice at the event and showed good bat speed with a line drive swing plane with some strength in his swing. He is also an outstanding student.
