Bell is a good looking athlete with a plus projectable body. More importantly, Bell shows serious arm strength both on the mound and from the outfield. Other than below average running speed, he does everything real well. He threw 90 mph from the outfield and he can swing the wood. He smoked some line drives off of some of the best pitchers in the PG National. He projects to hit with very good power. Bell is even better on the mound. He mixes up his fastballs to the point his velocity runs from mid 80s to 90 mph. His breaking ball showed promise in the low 70s with excellent rotation. The changeup is perhaps a bit slow, but very effective. He has nice arm action out of a higher 3/4 angle. His future is on the mound, where he could easily develop into a high pick in next years draft. Bobby is an outstanding student who might end up at one of the top academic/baseball colleges.

04 pitcher/outfielder to keep a close eye on. Plus body makes him super projectable. A switch hitter he shows outstanding potential. Smoked line drives and showed power potential from both sides. Pitched up to 86 with running action. Good arm action and nice change up. Real prospect here! Threw 88 from the field.
