Dale has a medium build with room to fill out, 3/4 arm slot, clean arm action, fastball has good sink, deceptive, keeps hitters off balance with solid mix, slider has tight late movement, shows knuckleball that drops a lot, not much effort in delivery, hits from an open stance, toe tap start, good weight transfer into swing, defensively, short arm action, quick transfer and release, he is also an excellent student.
