Jaylen Fleer is a 2011 RHP/OF/1B with a 6'4'', 180 lb. frame from Santee, CA who attends Santana HS. Long slender build, plenty of room to fill out. Balanced delivery, varies release point, mostly mid 3/4's, upright finish, arm works smooth, ball comes out easily. Lower 80's fastball, topped at 83 mph, velocity projects well. CB has nice spin when on top, good feel for change, nice sink on change up. Command of all 3 pitches, good idea how to pitch. Should keep improving, follow carefully. Good student.
