Mason Robbins is a 2011 OF/LHP with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Leakesville, MS who attends George County HS. Very nice athletic build, loose, agile and quick, 6.81 runner. Very good OF actions, loose strong arm, solid footwork. Balanced hitting approach, busy hands in load, very good raw bat speed, ball jumps hard on contact, barrels up well, has lift in his swing, should hit with power. Also pitches, high 3/4's release, long loose arm, throws downhill, FB to 89 mph, change best secondary pitch with + fade, short SL type break on CB. Highest level 2-way player. Good student, verbal commitment to Southern Mississippi.
