Hunter Wade is a 2012 RHP/1B with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Rockwall, TX who attends Rockwall HS. Lean projectable build with some present strength. Tall delivery with short stride, limited lower half use, long arm action, 3/4's release point, arm comes through loosely. Fastball topped at 82 mph, mostly straight, curveball showed sharp hard biting action and good spin. More velocity with better lower half use. Tall stance hitting, quick hands, has some present bat speed, stays short to the ball, hits the ball hard to the opposite field, aggressive heads up baserunner. He is a very good student.
