Polished balanced delivery, repeats very well, 3/4's release, gets downhill plane despite height. Consistent plus fastball, no FB below 92 mph, touched 94 often, mostly straight with occ tail. Change up is potential plus pitch, big sink/tail, ideal arm speed, will use change in any count. CB release point not consistent, definitely his 3rd pitch at present. Outstanding mound demeanor. Verbal commitment to Florida. Selected as an Aflac All-American.

He pitches from a high 3/4 arm slit with long and loose arm action. Johnny throws across his body with a downward plane. His fastball has arm side run at 86 mph and he stays around the zone. Magliozzi has a tight 11-5 curveball with depth at 71 mph and his changeup has run at 67 mph. He hits from a straight stance with low hands. Johnny has solid bat speed and uses the whole field.
