RHP Gustavo Duran (Brooklyn, NY): Duran is as loose and projectable as it comes, with long arms and legs and very easy, athletic actions. Standing next to him you’d think he was 6-6 instead of 6-4, and given the size of his hands and limbs he probably is. Duran topped out at 91 mph and spun a good curveball from 71-74 when he got comfortable with it. His mechanics are good and he’s athletic in his actions. Duran is a project for a pro club, but a high ceiling project with lots of present positives. He's extremely interesting.
