Drew Vettleson is a 2010 OF/P with a 6'1'', 185 lb. frame from Tracyton, WA who attends Central Kitsap HS. Strong athletic body. Calm square hitting approach, balanced swing, very good bat speed, polished hitting actions, solid contact to all fields, will get long when looking to lift, tools to be top level hitter. Excellent OF arm strength, very accurate, charges aggressively, RF tools in future, 6.98 runner. Also pitched, FB to 91 mph, CB shows sharpness and good velo, throws downhill, potential power arm, must follow as 2-way prospect. Throws from both sides, but only RHP at the Metrodome.
