Hill is a projectable 6-2, 180 athlete who showcased his talents both in the infield and as a pitcher. From this look we think his best future is on the mound. Hill threw from a straight over the top release point and had very good arm strength. He was consistently 86-88 mph on his fastball and showed a 74 mph curveball that had some good spin on it. Hill struggled a bit with his command from his unconventional delivery but he certainly has a live arm. Aside from his arm strength, Hill’s best tool as a position player is his power potential. He generates some good bat speed from a somewhat long swing and drove some balls well in batting practice. Hill is a very good student as well. He should end up playing/pitching at a very high level.

David is a young (16) "04" who can play and with MLB tools.. He has an athletic projectable body with a plus arm across the finfield at 89mph. He swings the bat well with a good line drive approach. His actions are nice and he can make all the plays at SS. Very good on his feet! He also pitched at 84-85 with some tail and sink. He might need another pitch to have a future on the mound. Needs to improve his running just slightly, in order to have it all. His future in baseball looks very bright and he's a good student as well. Definitely a prospect!
