Cody Harmes is a 2008 RHP/SS/OF with a 5'8" 155 lb frame from Strasburg, PA who attends Lampeter- Strasburg HS. Cody has a solid build with good present athleticism. Cody throws from a 3/4 arm slot with a loose arm arm action that produces nice cut action on his fastball. His curveball shows occasional tight spin, but he really needs to work on staying on top of the pitch. Cody has a balanced delivery and shows the ability to spot his pitches. He the ability to be a quality groundball pitcher. At the plate Cody gets a little long with his swing and has a tendency to collapse on his backside. He pulls the ball easily now, but will need to make adjustments to be able to hit again harder throwers. Cody has clean outfield actions and best projects in left field. Cody looks like a player that should attract the attention of many mid-level college programs.

Cody Harmes is a 2008 RHP/OF from Lampeter-Strasburg HS in Strasburg, Pennsylvania, with a stocky 5'7"/150 pound frame. Cody pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with long and loose arm action. He has a good finish in his delivery to the plate. Harmes throws an 80 mph fastball with arm side run and an 11-5 curveball for strikes at 66 mph. Cody hits from a straight stance with high hands and centers the ball very well. He has a sidearm release from the outfield with good carry at 81 mph.
