Eric Hsieh is a 2011 LHP/OF/1B with a 6'0'', 170 lb. frame from Laguna Niguel, CA who attends Dana Hills HS. Medium athletic build, loose and projectable. Clean pitchinig mechanics, repeats delivery very well, mid 3/4's release, minimum effort. FB to 84 mph, lives at the knees, nice change up with late sink, few CB's, tends to drop release on CB but flashed spin. Plus command potential, advanced pitchability. Strong resemblence to former UCLA/Chicago White Sox LHP Jim Parque. Good looking athlete, can swing the bat, quick fielder off the mound. Lots to like. Excellent student.

Eric Hsieh is a 2011 LHP/OF/1B with a 5'5'', 115 lb. frame from Laguna Niguel CA. He showed a lot of bat control with a short, compact swing. Stayed inside the ball very well and used the whole field. Showed a good base on groundballs and had quick feet.
