Jared Palmyra is a 2018 OF/ with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Lincoln, CA who attends Lincoln. Medium frame with a lean build. Frame projects to support additional strength. Ran a 7.53 sixty-yard dash. Primary outfielder with smooth paced, deliberate footwork while closing to the baseball. Stays low while funneling the baseball with developing fluidity while working through transition. Released from a high energy compact three-quarters arm slot. Throws produce on line carry topping at 78 miles per hour to the bag. Right handed hitter with an upright, even stance and simple front side trigger. Works to contact with rotational lower half actions. Carries hands forward slightly before launch and works to contact on a direct path. Barrel comes through the zone on an uphill plane. Looked to created lift at contact and consistently drove the baseball between the gaps. Very good student as well.
