Jordan Terrell is a 2017 SS/C, 2B, OF with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Fairfield, CA who attends Armijo. Medium, athletic frame with quick-twitch athleticism throughout body and good projection for additional strength gains. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.12 seconds. Hits with big leg lift trigger, foot can get down too early and throw off timing at times. Swings it hard, with violence and intent to do damage to the ball. Has jump off the barrel when square, can drive it on a line to all fields. Worked out defensively all over the field. Showed athleticism and range in the IF, to both sides, fielding cleanly and showing very quick release with arm strength up to 82 MPH. Moves quickly to the ball in the OF and stays down well when fielding, same very quick transfer and release in addition to quality arm strength up to 84 MPH. Hunched forward a bit in set behind the plate, receives well and gets off very quick release with advanced arm strength from behind the plate, popped as low as 1.95 seconds. Named to 2015 California Underclass Showcase Top Prospect List. Very good student.
