Tyler Gregory is a 2018 RHP/1B with a 6-2 210 lb. frame from Deltona, FL who attends Pine Ridge High School. Tall frame with an athletic build and good present strength. Primary right handed pitcher, showed a long, loose arm action from a high three quarter arm slot with downhill action towards the plate. Fastball worked 75-78 mph with slight cut action at times. Mixed pitches well and worked off fastball with an 11/5 shaped curveball that showed depth. Worked both pitches for strikes at times and did well to get glove side. Also worked out at first, showed a shorter arm action with developing arm strength up to 78 mph. At the plate, showed an inside hand path with an upper half swing and an oppo approach that will improve with additional lower half incorporation. Good student.
