Stephan G Perez-Collazo is a 2015 C/1B with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Guaynabo, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy/HS. Medium, lean build and looks the part behind the plate. Arm strength is developing from behind the plate but exchanges the ball quickly and cleanly. Shows sound receiving actions. Bats left-handed, works from an upright setup and loads his hands deep. Has a short bat path to the ball and looks to pull the ball inside. Knows how to go with an outside pitch. Flashes bat speed and is a relaxed looking hitter. Good student.
