Noel Rosario is a 2013 MIF/RHP with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Camden, NJ who attends Woodrow Wilson. Very athletic player, medium build, wiry and lean, has some room to add strength. Ran a 6.76 60 yard. Very strong infield arm, gets a little wild across the diamond, athletic actions, hands work very well. Should develop into a very good defensive middle infielder. Right-handed hitter, bats from a slightly open stance, swings get a little long at times, needs to get his legs more involved. Flashes good bat speed, level swing path, quick on the pitches inside, good line drive hitter.
