Carlos Garrido is a 2015 C/OF with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Trumbull, CT who attends Trumbull High School. Has a medium frame and lean build with room to add strength. Defensively as a catcher he sets up low, over the top arm slot, arm works, and made accurate throws. At the plate he had a slightly open stance with a wide base. He displayed a patient approach, quickness in hands, good balance, and made consistent contact. Will improve overall skills with more time on field. Carlos also excels in the classroom.
