Ricky Silguero is a 2015 OF/SS, RHP with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Alta Loma, CA who attends Damien. Silguero has an big frame with an athletic build and room to fill. Defensively, he uses a long 2-piece arm action from the outfield with developing arm strength. He throws uphill and has developing actions in the outfield. At the plate, Silguero has a line drive contact approach with a flat swing path. He has developing bat speed and developing hitting tools. Silguero also pitches and uses a lower leg lift at balance point and throws across his body. He gets some arm side run on his fastball and throws a slow curveball. Good student.
