Christopher Cerniglia is a 2016 SS/3B/RHP with a 5-8 135 lb. frame from Monroe, NJ who attends Monroe HS. Smaller build, young look, minimal present strength. Right handed hitter, pre-load approach, tends to step out on swing, gets barrel out in zone early, line drive plane, hits to all fields. Good quickness on defense, good footwork and quick release, accurate throws, arm strength still developing. Also pitched, compact arm action, 3/4's release, repeats delivery well, fastball to 73 mph, soft curveball with some 11/5 depth on occasion, threw strikes and competed.

Christopher Cerniglia is a 2016 SS/3B, RHP with a 5-8 135 lb. frame from Monroe, NJ who attends Monroe Twp. Young, small build athlete with lots of room to continue to fill out and add strength. Infield skills project well to 2B. Stays back and lets ball get to him, hands a bit late at present. Feet get to ball and are quiet. Throws from low 3/4 slot with projection for more arm strength with physical maturity. Right handed hitter, short stroke with line drive opposite field approach. On the mound, smooth, balanced delivery. High leg kick, stays online. Loose arm action with long circle in back. Throws 11/5 curveball with short bite and some sweeping break.
