Nicholas Stoll is a 2012 SS/3B with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Fresno, CA who attends Fresno HS. Long slender build, beginnings of some strength. Left handed hitter, big wrap creates length in swing, moves through contact well, mid to opposite field hitter, line drive swing plane. 7.15 runner, very aggressive on the bases. Athletic infield actions, good balance, can throw from multiple arm angles and make plays while moving, follows throws well and works through, soft hands. Also pitched, slow paced multi-piece delivery, high 3/4's release, fastball to 78 mph, mostly straight, big sweeping curveball, nice deception on change up. Likes to play and plays hard. Good student.
