Tyler Huber is a 2013 RHP/1B with a 6-4 220 lb. frame from Oklahoma City, OK who attends Santa Fe HS. Thick physical build, very strong throughout. Slow paced hip turn delivery, compact arm action with high and tight 3/4's release, works downhill well, tends to get hips opened late and not use strong lower half to generate power to release. Steady 82-84 mph fastball, mostly straight with occasional cut. Gets good spin on 76 mph slider, some biting action, change up is a quality pitch with life and deception, should throw more, flashes good spin on upper 60's curveball but inconsistent release point. Has an idea with four pitches and settled into a nice groove. Have seen up to 86 mph and there is more in there with delivery adjustments. Switch hitter with impressive raw power from both sides, commits early and looks to pull and lift, can hit mistakes over the plate a long way. Good student.

Tyler Huber is a 2013 RHP/1B with a 6-3 230 lb. frame from Oklahoma City, OK who attends Heritage Hall HS. Big, strong frame with lots of strength in lower half. Throws from 3/4 slot. Stays online and on a downhill plane. Short arm action with arm speed. Good balance, gets closed at balance point. 11/5 curveball showed bite and threw straight changeup. Solid fielding actions at first base, quick release, arm works well. Switch hitter with power from both sides. Right-handed, good balance, lots of effort in swing, has bat speed. Left-handed, crisper swing mechanics. Looks to drive and lift the ball. Strong at contact point, has bat speed. Interesting two-way player to follow. Continues to lower 60 yard dash time. Very good student. Named to Top Prospect Team.

Simple delivery, stays over rubber well, compact quick arm action, hides ball very well, tight 3/4's release, fastball straight but gets on hitters quickly due to deception, topped out a 86 mph, gets ahead with fastball. Throws both curveball and slider, uses deep CB for strikeout pitch, good depth to slurve type slider, rare change up. Tools to keep improving on the mound. Switch hitter, better swing right handed, has good rhythm and lift in his swing, uses strength well, tends to hit under ball left handed, longer swing with more effort. Good student
