Zachary Sloan is a 2013 LHP/OF with a 6-0 145 lb. frame from Brampton, ON who attends St. Marguerite d'Youville. Lean, medium framed athlete with room to add strength. Throws from high 3/4 slot with long, loose arm action. Arm works well and projects to gain velocity in the future. Low effort, downhill arm action with good control. Smooth delivery with good balance. Fastball sat low 70s, up to 75 and curveball showed 1/7 break at 69. Long arm action on throws from outfield with good carry and online carry. Right handed hitter with a handsy swing at the plate. Solid contact skills. Will improve at plate with more overall strength. Very good student.
