Michael Toner is a 2014 RHP/OF with a 6-1 167 lb. frame from Cumming, GA who attends Marist HS. Long, lean build with lots of room to fill. Throws from 3/4 slot. Low leg kick, stays balanced. Short arm action in back with deep grab. Stays online. Fastball showed sink as well as cut at times. Throws strikes and did not allow any hard contact. Curveball has 11/5 break with depth and solid spin. Developing skills as IF. Upright fielding actions, hands work. Same short arm action. Aggressive swing with looseness. Line drive plane with good balance and solid bat speed. Compact stroke with consistent swing mechanics. Excellent student.
